What we did

We developed an AI-based decision support system that helps operators set the right process parameters for every batch. The system combines historical production data, external conditions (like temperature), and expert knowledge to recommend optimal factory settings—addressing fluctuating process conditions and limited expert staff while targeting optimal yield, consistent quality, and reduced energy use.
